Save Time With Templates

Microsoft Office products come with built-in templates that help you to work more efficiently. To open one of these built-in templates:
  1. Open applicable Office program
  2. Select FILE, NEW
  3. In the task pane on the right side of the window, select “On My Computer”
  4. Browse through the tabs and select a template
  5. Click OK to OPEN

In addition, Microsoft’s Templates Website provides hundreds more templates and sample documents that you can modify. To access these on-line templates:

  1. Open applicable Office program
  2. Select FILE, NEW
  3. In the task pane on the right side of the window, select “Templates on Office Online”
  4. Enter search criteria in the search bar, or select a template category
  5. Browse through and select a template
  6. Follow instructions for saving to your computer
